Rules to Follow:

1. No Pets allowed.

2. No smoking in the unit. Additional fees will be applied if the unit smells of smoke.

3. Only confirmed number of guests are allowed on property.

4. No parties. Be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 8 am. 

5. Please do not wear ski boots inside the condo. 

6. Please store skis, poles, snowboards in the exterior mud room. Bikes may be stored there as well or on the deck. No bikes inside the unit.

7. Inside mud closet is for helmets, boots once removed on mats only, jackets, gloves, etc.

8. Please only use the provided cleaning products on appliances and countertops. We want to keep our new appliance looking good and avoid scratches.

9. Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets.

10. Upon departure, guests must follow the check-out procedures. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if the condo is excessively dirty or stains are found on furniture. 

11. Our condo is not "child proofed. We do not keep outlets covered, cabinets with cleaners locked, etc. Adults must supervise their children.

12. Guests agree to read the manuals and guidlines in our Condo Binder for all appliances, electronics, fireplaces and furnace. 

13. Please use caution when using space heaters provided in the unit. These are not meant to be left on for long periods of time or left on when you are not in the unit. 

14. Portable grills are not allowed on decks unless they are electric. No charcoal or propane is allowed to help prevent fires.
