Departure & Check-Out
Checking Out:

Departure time is set for 10:00 am so we can prepare for future guest arrivals. Please complete the following steps before packing up to insure a smooth transition for our cleaning staff.

1. We love it when we get to hear from you! PLEASE sign the guest book and let us know how your stay was. We want the good times and the areas we can improve on to make it better for next time!
​
2. Place all towel in the washing machine with the door left open. This allows the cleaning crew to make sure none were forgotten while also preventing the washer from smelling from wet items.

3. Load the dishwasher and please start the cleaning cycle before you leave.Â
​
4. Please take ALL food with you from the refrigerator and the pantry.Â
​

5. Please turn off all lights. Leave the inside bedrooms and bathroom doors open to all air flow. Make sure all the windows and closed and locked. Please lock the sliding glass doors and place the safety rods in place for extra security.Â
​
6. Do a final walk-through, check closets, drawers, etc. People always tend to leave something. Check outlets for power cords.Â
​
7. Please turn the heat setting back down to 55 degrees in winter months prior to your departure.

8. Lock both exterior doors as you leave using the keyless entry/exit process.Â

9. Please take your trash with you and dispose of it on your way out of town at 27 Halo Pine Terrace at the trash/recycle center.
